Kimberly has a decided edge when it comes to knowledge of home construction. She spent 20 years in the building industry; her father was a land developer and her brother and ex-husband were contractors.
"I have pulled a lot of wires, hung windows, hung sheetrock, taped and textured, and more, to more homes than I can count. I know new construction from start to finish, what is good construction and what isn't, what questions to ask a builder."
Definitely a people person, Kimberly was born and raised in California. She lived in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for eight years, then moved to Cape Coral in 1996. Kimberly gives testimony to the slogan, "Never give up a dream." She first visited Florida in 1976 and said that someday she would live in Paradise.
With two wonderful children, a girl 14, and a boy 16 who she is raising by herself, Kimberly is a fun, energetic, caring person with a terrific sense of humor, who loves to boat and Jet Ski, lay on the beach and people watch. Watching Florida's gorgeous sunsets is another favorite pastime. "I use to snowmobile, but it didn't quite work here."
Kimberly believes in the goodness of people. She believes in never giving up. She is a fun and efficient person to work with.
